Ir. Wong is a recently retired member of the City University. Besides serving as a full-time academic staff in the University for 28 years, he also engaged as an independent researcher focusing on complex construction systems, infrastructure and urban development studies, both locally and overseas. In the past 15 years, he is frequently invited by many HK’s professional institutions as a guest speaker to deliver talks.

***Other specialist speakers (including RSE or RGE practitioners) will be invited as co-speaker from time to time to deliver talks.

The entire Series of Program will be held starting from 31 March 2021 up till Mid of May 2021. Detail for each program series is shown below for information. Each talk is scheduled for a duration of 2.5 hour from 6:30 tp 9:00pm, including a 10-minute break.

This program is so designed to give the maximum flexibility for participants to join fulfilling their personal interest and time preference. In this case we have the following options for potential participants to select.

Option 1(promotion fee) — Joining either Series of program using the choice as shown:
